FAQ

How do I begin sending and receiving referrals?

There are two steps to complete in order to search for other agents in the network to send referrals and for others to view your profile.

  1. Register for an account by visiting our registration page and submit the form.
  2. Once you are registered, search for Zip Codes to purchase and complete the checkout.

As soon as your purchase of one or more zip codes is complete, you can then search and view all other agents within the network. Your profile will also be available to view by others once your order has finished processing (up to 1 business day).

What if I cannot find the zip code I want to purchase?

If after you have registered for an account and you are unable to find the Zip Code you wish to buy, then this Zip Code has already been purchased by another agent.

What if the Zip Code was not available to purchase and after I bought another, I could not find anyone else with that Zip Code?

Please send us a message stating which Zip Code is in question. We will confirm if it has already been purchased. If the zip code was not in the system as a product, we will add it once validated and send you correspondence of its availability.
